OUR OWNER’S STORY - Yanira Cisneros, owner and founder of Neat Boss Mom grew up helping her aunts clean homes for years. With time, it became something she enjoyed doing. At that time, cleaning for a living never crossed her mind, she was focused on working full time in an office and was dedicated to proving to her bosses how grateful she was for the opportunity. With high energy, initiative, attention to details, and great customer service she was constantly getting promoted. She was always too busy with her personal life to even think about starting her own business. It was not until she was let go during the deep freeze back in 2021 that she realized that it was a sign from God to permanently leave the corporate world and start her own business doing what she grew to love. Yanira started the company with a mission to offer high-standard cleaning services to customers in Houston and surrounding areas. Since the beginning, there has only been one major goal for Neat Boss Mom, customer satisfaction. We are insured, so you can rest easy knowing we will treat your home better than our own!
